Members live in houses around Austin. Not every house can hold that. The test is whether students, professionals, founders, and nomads can share it and still get work done.
The kitchen
People have to be able to cook. There has to be a table that fits the house. A kitchen designed for one person, with nowhere to sit, does not become a community because we add bedrooms.
The room
Twin sharing needs two real beds, two desks, and storage for two lives. A room that only works if both people own nothing is not ready. We fix that before we offer memberships there.
The week
Someone has to be able to study, work, or build from that block. That is why the kinds of living are specific: social, workday, on-foot, campus, workweek, longer-stay. A cheap house members will resent is not a place we will put people.
