Privacy

This page describes the website at manmade.space. A membership confirmation, which includes where you live, will say more about information we keep once you join. That document governs if it differs.

What you send

The forms on this site open a message in your own email app, addressed to hello@manmade.space. They do not save a copy in a database on the website. If you send that email, we receive whatever you wrote: your name, email address, and the details of a tour, a question, or a property.

Why we keep it

We use those emails to reply, to offer a tour, to follow an application, or to talk with an owner about a house. We keep them as long as that conversation, and any stay or partnership that comes out of it, reasonably requires. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not run advertising trackers. It does not ask you to create an account to read it or to use Manny. Manny's answers happen in your browser from notes published on the site. They are not sent to us unless you choose to email.

Asking us

To see, correct, or delete information you have emailed, write to hello@manmade.space. If a later resident portal collects more, that product will say so before you use it.
