This website describes Man Made Space, a membership in Austin for students, working professionals, founders, and digital nomads. Reading it is not a membership agreement. Where you live is part of the membership once we confirm it in writing, not because a page said so.

A place is not held here

The prices published now are Member at $999, Community at $1,249, and Founder's Circle at $1,499, per person, per month, twin sharing. Contracts are 6, 12, or 18 months. Each includes where you live. They can change. The price in the written confirmation is the one that applies. A twin share is not yours until that confirmation names the house, the people, and the start. Unlock Austin is a separate program, with its own price and its own site.

Manny

Manny places people from what this site publishes. His answer is not a quote, and it is not the email that confirms the house, the person you share with, and the month.

Owners

Sending a property note is a request for a conversation. It does not create a partnership. License and management terms, including any monthly amount, exist only in an agreement both sides sign after we have seen the house.

The site itself

You may read the site and share links to it. You may not copy it wholesale or present it as your own. We can update these pages, including this notice, as the houses change. Questions go to hello@manmade.space. The houses are in Austin, Texas.
