I'm Manny. I place people in Man Made houses near Downtown Austin. It is co-living: a furnished twin share, your bed, your desk, one other person, and a common kitchen. Member is $999 a person a month. Community is $1,249. Founder's Circle is $1,499. The room is inside that price. Membership contracts are 6, 12, or 18 months. I tell you the exact place when you want to visit. Tell me when you want to start, and who you are.
