Students, working professionals, founders, and digital nomads need the same few things in a new season: a place to sleep, a place to work, a kitchen, and people who are in it with them. Man Made Space is that membership. The house is how you enter it.
The story
Landing in Austin used to mean assembling a life from separate pieces: a room, furniture, wifi, and whoever answered an ad. The people you might build with, study with, or work beside were a different search entirely.
The membership puts those pieces in one decision. From $999 a person a month, twin sharing, you have the room, the kitchen, the desk, and the open life of the house. At $1,249 the network outside your hallway turns on. At $1,499, if you are building a company, you get a circle: dinners, operator time, and introductions made with context.
The houses are near Downtown Austin. They are named for the kind of block and the kind of living: lively, quieter, walkable, university, practical, slower. The exact place is told when you want to visit.

Member, Community, and Founder's Circle are the prices. Where you live is inside them. Twin sharing, per person, per month.
More than one kind of month
A degree, a job, a company, a season in the city. The twin share does not get worse because of which one you are in.
Ready, or not offered
The desk, the wifi, and the kitchen have to survive a workday and a dinner. If they do not, we do not put members there.
The work
Make it ordinary for ambitious people in Austin to have a base and a circle in the same membership, with the price written down.
The aim
A Texas where students, professionals, founders, and nomads choose this on purpose: to live, work, meet, and grow, not as a stopgap until they can furnish an empty apartment.
Unlock Austin
Learn. Hustle. Grow. Real grind.
Unlock Austin is a different program from the membership. It is the ninety-day bootcamp for founders who know their home market and want Austin and the US. Learn is one on one with industry veterans who have been there and done that. Fieldwork is the rest: you go do it. The 2027 cohort is 10 people, February 1 to April 30, 2027, $14,999 per person. When those 10 seats are taken, this cohort closes.
