The ecosystem
A furnished room, shared with one other member. A kitchen you can cook in. Common rooms that are meant to be used.
People in the same season: students, professionals, founders, nomads. Coffee, a table, and introductions that are not an accident.
A desk, wifi that can hold a call, and houses where a workday is normal. Higher tiers add hosted work blocks and operator time.
Workshops, mixers, and, in the Circle, mentorship, dinners, and people who will sit with the thing you are building.
Who it is for
01
A furnished base near the work of the degree, with people who are also in the middle of it. Campus living is the walk to class. You arrive and start.
02
A kitchen after the job, a desk when you need one, and a house of people who are not only your coworkers. The quieter houses are built for a real Monday.
03
A table with other people building something, and a membership that can go as far as mentorship, dinners, and operator time. The house holds the month. The Circle holds the work.
04
A season in Austin with a room, a kitchen, and people who are actually here. Contracts are 6, 12, or 18 months. Ninety days is Unlock Austin.
Why Austin
The houses are in Austin. The reason to be in one of them depends on the year you are in.
Why Austin
Campus living is a walk to class. Longer-stay living keeps a quieter morning and stays close to the university. The room is furnished, the kitchen is in the house, and the people at the table are in a semester too.
Why now
August and January fill first. The next of those is January. A spring start gets settled before the semester begins.
Why Austin
The jobs are already in the city: large operations in tech, manufacturing, energy, and healthcare. Workday living, Workweek living, and Longer-stay living are the calmer ones, with a desk for the day and a kitchen after it. The house is a second circle, past the one at work.
Why now
Contracts are 6, 12, or 18 months, priced by the month. Most people are in a room within two weeks of a yes, in the same season a new job starts.
Why Austin
The lively side is full of people in the middle of starting something, and the scene is small enough that a dinner can turn into an introduction. In March the wider country comes here: SXSW runs March 15–21. The Circle is the membership around the work itself.
Why now
The fullest month is March. A founder who wants to already live here for that week starts in the months before it. The Circle can begin on the next membership month.
Why Austin
Six kinds of living and one membership, in weather that lets you sit outside most of the year. On-foot living keeps the day on foot, near downtown. Both coasts are a few hours away when a season needs a meeting somewhere else.
Why now
Contracts are 6, 12, or 18 months. Name the month you arrive. Ninety days, around SXSW, is Unlock Austin: ten seats, February 1 to April 30, 2027.
Why Austin
You already understand your home market. Austin is where the US version gets built in public: buyers in enterprise tech, manufacturing, energy, semiconductors, and healthcare, with Tesla, Dell, Apple, and Samsung running major operations around the city. SXSW brings partners in every March. The work is fieldwork, in the room and then in the city.
Why now
Learn, Hustle, Grow. Learn is one on one with industry veterans who have been there and done that. Ten seats, February 1 to April 30, 2027, housed near Downtown Austin. Come ready to sweat, and leave with the setup and one deal moving: a pipeline, or a close. After the ninety days, a Man Made Space membership can carry the work, on a contract of 6, 12, or 18 months. $9,999 a person, twin share with a kitchen, SXSW Innovation badge included.

You still live in the house, twin sharing, with the kitchen and the desk. Around that: a dinner each month, time with an operator, introductions made with context, and office hours on the thing you are actually building. The table stays small.

Six kinds of living, near Downtown Austin. The block changes the week. Twin sharing, a kitchen, and a place to work do not. The exact place is told when you want to visit.
Lively side
01The social house
A house that faces the street and gets used like one. Outside is where a Tuesday ends.

02Calls by day, quiet by night
The calmer version of a lively side of town. A real desk for each member, and a living room that is not a hallway.

03The city on foot
Close enough to do the evening on foot. The house itself is calmer than the street.

04The walk to class
Twin-sharing rooms a walk from the university. A membership with the room already furnished.

05A job, a park, a kitchen
The practical house. Members whose week is mostly work, with a desk that can hold a Monday.

06Stay a while, under the trees
The slower morning. Just off the campus rush, for members who expect to be here.

He places people in the houses: which room, which neighborhood, which month. Twin sharing from $999, the place included. The room is confirmed in writing.
I have a job. I need a place.
I would put you in Workday living, Workweek living, or Longer-stay living. Calmer blocks, a desk, a kitchen after work. Member is $999 for the room. Community is $1,249 if you also want the network. Tell me the month.
From members
“I moved for grad school and had a furnished room, a kitchen, and people near campus in the first week. That was the whole landing.”
“I wanted a base in Texas, not a hotel. I worked from the house, met people who were also passing through, and some of them became clients.”
“The useful part was not the mattress. It was the table. I met my co-founder in the house and had a real conversation with investors because someone made the introduction.”
Unlock Austin
10seats only
Unlock Austin is a bootcamp for founders who already understand their home market and want a foothold in Austin and the US. Learn is one on one with industry veterans who have been there and done that. Fieldwork is what follows: you go out and do it. This cohort is 10 people, February 1 to April 30, 2027. When those 10 seats are taken, this cohort closes. You leave with work that exists. After that, a Man Made Space membership can carry it, on a contract of 6, 12, or 18 months. You live near Downtown Austin. The exact place is told when you want to visit.
February
One on one with industry veterans who have been there and done that. Culture, taxes and payroll, marketing, sales, support, and PR. The US company starts here, and it gets used the same week.
March
Fieldwork, and the networking calendar. Some events may carry a charge. SXSW runs March 15–21, and the Innovation badge is included.
April
The aim is one deal moving: a pipeline, or a close, plus a setup you can keep. Demo day is April 24. The stay ends April 30, with check-ins through July.
unlock.manmade.space
A membership in Austin for students, working professionals, founders, and digital nomads. It is a place to live, connect, work, and grow. Where you live is part of the membership, not a separate rental you assemble yourself.
Member is $999 per person, per month, on a twin-sharing basis. That includes the furnished room you share with one other member, the kitchen and common rooms, wifi, house utilities, cleaning of shared spaces, and the open life of the house: coffee, the table, gatherings anyone in the house can join.
All three prices include where you live, twin sharing. Community at $1,249 adds the wider network: the members' chat, mixers, workshops with a seat held, introductions, Austin event discounts, and hosted work blocks. Founder's Circle at $1,499 is for people building a company: dinners, monthly time with an operator, investor introductions, product office hours, fractional time with people who have run companies, and a circle small enough to know your work.
The membership is the whole number. Member, Community, and Founder's Circle each include the twin-sharing place in the house.
