The membership is the product. Students, working professionals, founders, and digital nomads join for the same reason: a place to live, people to meet, a way to work, and a way to grow.
Member, $999
Per person, per month, twin sharing. You share a furnished room with one other member. You have a bed and a desk. The house has a kitchen you can cook in, cookware, a table, and common rooms. Wifi and the utilities that come with the house are in the membership. So is cleaning of the shared spaces, and the open calendar: coffee, the table, gatherings anyone in the house can join.
Community, $1,249
The same place to live. The network is on. A members' chat, a monthly mixer past your own hallway, workshops with a seat held for you, introductions matched to your work or your study, discounts on major Austin events, and hosted work blocks. This is the tier for people who will show up.
Founder's Circle, $1,499
Still twin sharing. Still the house. The difference is a small circle around the company. A founder dinner each month. Monthly time with an operator. Introductions to investors and other founders, made with context rather than a list. Product office hours on the thing you are building. Fractional time with people who have run companies. A private hour with the people who advise Man Made. Invite-only working sessions. If you are not building a company, you do not need this tier. If you are, it is the one that is supposed to change the month.
The step between them
You do not pay for a bed and then buy access. Every price includes where you live. You pick how much of the ecosystem you want wrapped around that.
