University side
A walk to class, in a house that is managed like a home.
The university side is dense, young, and built around the academic calendar. Campus living is the house there: twin-sharing rooms, a shared kitchen, and the same membership as the rest, close enough to walk to class.
Graduate students are the center. Undergraduates who want furnishing, maintenance, and housemates we have met are part of it too. If your work starts early and you need the building silent at 8, say so. We will point you to Longer-stay living or Workday living.
The tradeoff
The block is louder and more transient than the others. The house still has quiet hours.
Getting around
Class is a walk. The rest of the city is a bus, a bike, or a short ride. Many residents do not keep a car.
