The walkable side is shops, music, food, and a steady stream of people in town for the weekend. On-foot living sits close enough that dinner and a show are a walk, and downtown is a short ride.
It is the right house if you want the city close and you are honest about noise. We will tell you, before you visit, how the room sits relative to the street.
The tradeoff
The sidewalk stays up later. Street parking is the normal arrangement.
